Making student life better

    XXI Crossfit

A training program that is based on functional exercises, carried out in a different way at a high intensity.

Develops all motor skills (strength, endurance, speed, agility, balance, flexibility, coordination, etc.), through 3 categories of exercises: gym, external weight and metabolic conditioning (Cardio).

The main equipment required for the practice of CrossFit is your own body. But specific equipment is also used such as weights and bars, kettlebells, olympic weights and dumbbells, medicine balls, jump ropes, rings, rubber bands, tires, sleds, etc.

The workouts are varied, intense, short and fun, with visible results in a short period of time.

A typical CrossFit workout begins with a joint and muscle heating, and cardio-respiratory arrest. The next item is normally a strength training segment and/or specific technique and ends with the completion of the WOD (workout of the day), which is a challenge of short duration (generally between 5 to 20 minutes) with various exercises. Every day there's a new WOD, and a new challenge to overcome.

The practices are accompanied by certified professionals who will meet the objectives of each athlete, ensure the technical correction of the exercises, and the individualization required for training is safe and challenging at the same time.
