The Ginásio Clube Português, founded in 1875, played an innovative role in physical and sporting activities. It is a benchmark in national sport and a pioneer in the concept of a club with sporting, social and cultural aims.
With around 50 different activities, it is the most eclectic club in the country and one of the oldest in the world.
