The Portuguese Institute of Yoga and Mindbody (IPYM) is a private association, founded in 2007, and a national reference in the areas of Yoga and Meditation.
They offer regular classes, professional courses, workshops and specialization training, retreats and trips. They also create content for the community and carry out scientific research in their areas of intervention.
Classes and courses are held in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, and also synchronously via video call.
